QS World University Rankings: Latin America & The Caribbean 2024

430 institutions are included in this year's ranking of the top universities in Latin America and the Caribbean, with five countries included for the first time: Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Universidade de São Paulo is ranked in first place, one of four Brazilian universities in the top 10.

Separate tables are also available for individual regions: the Caribbean, Central America and South America.
