The PhD Program is one of the stages of post-graduate education, which aims to prepare researchers of higher qualification holding a Candidate of science degree.
The PhD Program involves the mastery of methods and means of scientific research, systematization and generalization of the obtained results with the aim of preparing and defending a thesis for the degree of Philosophy Doctor.
Postgraduate training is carried out in the following fields:
Law ("Civil law, business law, family law, private international law"; "International law. European law"; "Labour Law. Social Security Law").
Economy ("Economy and management")
After defending a thesis, the applicant is awarded PhD in Law/PhD in Economics.
In order to enter doctoral school, the candidate needs to have:
higher education, except higher education of the stage I;
aptitude for research, which is confirmed by scientific publications, participation in research and innovation projects, conferences, or by other materials;
the recommendation of the academic council of a higher education institution or the faculty of the institution, or practical experience for at least two years in positions that require higher education.
