Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT University) is a co-educational, autonomous University located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is one of the youngest institutions to be awarded the deemed university status 2004 under section 3 of UGC Act of 1956. In its journey from a small technical Institute to a world class Institution Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) has come a long way within a short span of time. The University spreads over 500 acres of land in a built-up areaof 10 million square feet. The buildings in a variety of architectural styles have been designed to blend harmoniously into the aesthetically manicured landscape. the University offers post graduate programmes in in Engineering, Computer Applications, Management, Law, Biotechnology, Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing.
