If designing the next skyscraper sounds like your dream job, it’s hard to look past the Architecture course at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which has retained top spot in our subject rankings. In fact, nine of the top ten remain the same from last year’s ranking, with the University of Hong Kong (HKU) the only new entrant.
The expansion of this year’s rankings from a top 100 to a top 200 allows many universities to make their first appearance on the Architecture subject rankings. Of these new entrants, Loughborough University is the highest-ranked, tied at 47th place with the Eindhoven University of Technology.
