Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) must be getting bored of always finishing first for Civil and Structural Engineering. This is the third straight year the US-based university has finished ahead of the competition.
2013’s number one university Imperial College London is up one place on last year to finish fourth, one of 23 UK universities on the list. They are pipped to the title of best in the country, however, by the University of Cambridge which is ranked joint second.
