Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) remains the best place in the world to study architecture, with only one institution breaking into the top 10 since last year. Politecnico di Milano in Italy has risen five places this year, to ninth from 14th.
42 different countries are represented in this year’s top 200. While the US leads the way with 39 universities, 15 countries are represented by just a single university. Of these, the National University of Singapore (NUS) is the highest-ranked with a position of 10th.
