- The Faculty of Humanities
- The Technical Faculty of IT and Design
- The Faculty of Social Sciences
- The Faculty of Engineering and Science
- The Faculty of Medicine
Each of the five faculties has its own schools with full time bachelor education spanning over three years and designed to prepare students for master and Ph.D. education at a high academic and international level. This model has become both nationally and internationally recognized as an advanced and efficient learning model, and ot is a trademark for Aalborg University.
Aalborg University is among the world's leading universities regarding research within health technology, wireless communication, energy, computer science, innovation economics, and comparative welfare studies.
