The Kelley School of Business MBA Program at Indiana University reflects a personalized approach to graduate management education. With a long history of success dating back to the school´s founding in 1920, the Kelley School continues to focus on each student’s unique individual needs, providing you a personal team of professional guides whose priority is your success. Career Preparation Team-taught by eight renowned faculty members, the Kelley Integrated Core weaves together every business discipline in one 15-week course, giving you a holistic, cross-functional understanding of business issues and how to approach them from alternative perspectives. During your second semester, you’ll enroll in electives of your choice, tailoring the program to satisfy your own diverse professional objectives. Major areas of study include accounting, entrepreneurship, finance, management, marketing, and supply chain and operations. Your advisors will help you design a curriculum that is right for you.
At the Kelley School, you’ll benefit from endless opportunities for experiential learning, giving you the knowledge and skills to help you understand the unique trends and culture of your career path and expand what you believe is possible for you. Each Kelley MBA student enrolls in a career-focused Academy. Kelley Academies partner you with a faculty Director who will get to know you, understand your professional goals, and connect you to the right network. Kelley Academy activities include specialized courses taught in one week intensive periods, workshops, field trips, real-world consulting projects, and executive speaker series. In addition, you can apply for Kelley International Perspectives (KIPs) or Global Business and Social Enterprise (GLOBASE) internation immersions. These student-led courses and trips provide you an opportunity to visit and study the cultures and economies of other countries or consult with developing businesses in emerging economies.

Each member of the Kelley faculty brings vast networks and immeasurable experience to your education, providing mentorship and accessibility to you and your classmates. Admissions & Financial Aid The Kelley MBA Program seeks out motivated applicants with a strong professional focus who want to work in a team-based environment. From this exceptional pool of candidates we have an extremely bright and diverse student body, consisting approximately 25% international students and 30% women.
While Kelley is one of the most affordable top MBA programs, more than two-thirds of all Kelley MBA students receive financial aid from the business school in the form of fellowships, scholarships and graduate assistantships. All awards are merit based, while need based aid is available to all students through various loan programs.
