Lancaster University Leipzig is located in the heart of the city. Our students have access to the cafeteria of the University of Leipzig, which is located 500 m from us. The urban campus offers common areas, a computer room and a student kitchen. There is a gym next to the campus where students get a discounted rate for membership if they have an ISIC card. 

Lancaster University Leipzig partners with BaseCamp for student accommodation. 

Leipzig is the fastest growing German city (2019) and home of nearly 600,000 inhabitants. The city is also an education and economic hub of Germany with a long tradition in welcoming international students. Currently, there are 40,000 students living in Leipzig. The city is considered as one of the most affordable German cities for students. Lancaster Leipzig students have access to the libraries, public transport and student cafeterias.
