The National Changhua University of Education (NCUE) was established in 1971 in Changhua County, Taiwan. NCUE is one of the three universities that offer secondary school teacher certificate program in Taiwan. It is now a comprehensive university featuring seven colleges with 21 undergraduate programs, 42 master’s programs and 15 PhD programs that provide complete university degree programs and exceptional teacher training.
The NCUE is located in Changhua City, a culturally vibrant and ecologically rich region in Central Taiwan. It is near the THSR Taichung Station, Central Taiwan Science Park, Taichung Precision Machinery Science and Technology Innovation Park, Central Taiwan Science Park, and Zhang Bin Industrial Park, which offers considerable advantages in term of the school’s development, government-academia collaborations.
The NCUE is committed to international exchange and has signed double-degree collaboration agreements with foreign universities to help its students acquire transnational double degree and pursue their dreams. Today, the NCUE maintains sister-school relationships with more than 194 universities around the world and actively arranges to have its students study overseas as exchange students in the U.S.A., Europe, Japan, South Korea, Smoothest-Asia and Mainland China.
The NCUE cares for its students and spares no effort to set up scholarships, grants, and student assistant positions. It offers career counseling to help students transition from university to the labor market and build a career.
