At undergraduate level, the Autonomous University of Yucatan (UADY) offers a number of bachelor’s degrees fully taught in Spanish, including:

The habitat design course teaches you how to resolve environmental and urban development issues through design, to prepare you for a career as a consultant in housing, planning and urban design with public institutions or the private sector.
Their architecture course covers socially conscious and sustainable design, the principles behind intelligent design, how to proportionally represent spaces in 3D, as well as architectural project management and how to draw up design proposals. Graduates of this program typically move into the public sector, construction or real estate.
Students on the food engineering program will receive ideal training for a career in either food security policy, industry (researching and developing food products and manufacturing processes) or quality control. You’ll learn how to design, analyze and control food operations based on regulations.
