Founded in 1964, Universidad de Belgrano is one of the oldest private universities in Argentina.Today, Belgrano offers 32 professional degree programs in 10 academic units: School of Agricultural Sciences; School of Architecture & Urbanism; School of Economic Sciences; School of Engineering; School of Exact and Natural Sciences; School of Health Sciences; School of Humanities; School of Information Technology; School of Languages & Foreign Studies; and School of Law & Social Sciences. At the graduate level, it offers 20 degree programs in 6 academic units: Architecture; Business; Humanities; Languages; Law; and Social Sciences. Through an extensive network of 71 international dual degrees, students have the opportunity to enrich their cultural knowledge, improve their proficiency in foreign languages and earn a second degree in France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Also, Belgrano has 142 academic cooperation agreements with universities worldwide and is the founder of the Latin American Network for Academic Cooperation and the Columbus Project for cooperation between institutions of higher education from Latin America and Europe. The university has superb classrooms, libraries, cafeterias and on-line facilities, most of them under one roof in a 20-storey modern building. Located in one of the most distinguished residential areas of cosmopolitan Buenos Aires, Belgrano is a few minutes from downtown. En la actualidad, Belgrano ofrece 32 carreras profesionales en 10 unidades académicas: Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo; Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias; Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales; Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud; Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales; Facultad de Humanidades; Facultad de Ingeniería; Facultad de Lenguas y Estudios Extranjeros; y Facultad de Tecnología Informática. En posgrado, ofrece 20 programas en 6 unidades académicas: Arquitectura; Ciencias Sociales; Derecho; Humanidades; Lenguas; y Negocios. A través de una extensa red de 71 dobles diplomas internacionales, los estudiantes tienen la oportunidad de enriquecer su conocimiento de otras culturas, perfeccionar otros idiomas y obtener un segundo título en Alemania, España, Francia e Italia. Además, Belgrano posee 142 acuerdos de cooperación con universidades a nivel mundial y es fundadora de la Red Latinoamericana de Cooperación Universitaria y del Proyecto Columbus para la cooperación de instituciones de educación superior de América Latina y Europa.
