UNSW Sydney is almost a city in itself with plenty of services like restaurants, food outlets, shops, gyms, medical facilities, sporting teams and ovals, as well as great entertainment. Our modern, award-winning facilities allow our students to make the most of university life.

Our study spaces have been transformed across campus into vibrant learning environments for when you need a quiet or group study space. ​ We also offer advanced learning environments to foster innovation such as the Michael Crouch Innovation Centre. Students from all faculties can design, experiment and build their ideas with guidance from visionaries and corporate partners.

For students from out of town, you can take advantage of our student accommodation with both fully catered and self-catered options on campus. There are also plenty of renting and share-housing options.

UNSW’s main campus is located on a 38 hectare site at Kensington just 7 kilometres from the Sydney CBD. Arc @ UNSW, our student life organisation, runsover 300 student societiesand clubs acrosseverything from cultural clubs, sport and fitness clubs, faculty-based clubs,and much more.
