University of Opole

The University of Opole offers taught and research postgraduate degrees in Polish and English, and a number of executive postgraduate and post-master diplomas. The doctoral school of the university hosts several PhD programmes, ranging from biology to theology and religious studies. Doctoral candidates may also opt for a traditional master-student programme with individual tutoring outside the school. This programme is particularly suitable for more mature candidates employed in the university sector or in the industry.

Taught postgraduate courses offered in English include master’s programmes in Economics, Paleobiology, Sociology, Languages and Literature. The University of Opole offers also an interdisciplinary Master of Liberal Arts and Europa Master in Political Science, a joint degree with universities of Mainz (Germany) and Dijon (France), giving the students the unique opportunity to study in three historical European cities.
