The Webster Business and Management department offers degree programs that will provide you with the necessary skills to effectively communicate, negotiate, innovate, and compete in an increasingly global business climate.

Tuition fees
The average tuition fees for international students is €20,600 per academic year.

As part of its mission to further extend access to education, Webster Vienna University strongly supports students with academic merit or financial need. Students in their first year may be eligible for a scholarship on the basis of their high school grade average.

A maximum of ten new students may receive the Webster Vienna Scholarships each academic year. Options include:

Webster Vienna - Distinction
€20,000 for four years in the undergraduate program, prorated by semester

Webster Vienna - Merit
€15,000 for four years in the undergraduate program, prorated by semester

Webster Vienna - Honors
€10,000 for four years in the undergraduate program, prorated by semester

In addition, American citizens and green card holders are eligible for various forms of financial assistance from the U.S. government, including student loans and VA benefits. Loans include Stafford, PLUS, or private U.S. educational loans for undergraduate and graduate students. A Pell Grant may also be available for undergraduate students depending on eligibility.


Entry requirements
If you’re an international student who’s interested in applying to an undergraduate program at Webster Vienna University, the general admission requirement is a recognized High School Leaving Certificate or equivalent, showing secondary school coursework and results from the past three years.

In case you have not yet graduated from high school, you may submit your current transcripts (for example, American school system grade 9 to 11), including results.


International Baccalaureate (IB): Students taking the IB diploma, should submit their predicted grades, or their IB diploma including results.

A levels: Students taking A levels should upload all awarded certificates.

If your transcripts are not in English, you’ll need to have them translated by a certified translator. Webster Vienna University requires the official/original translated document (this document must include a photocopy of the transcript in its original language attached to it).

Additional documents which are also required, include:

  • Motivational essay
  • Letter of recommendation
  • English proficiency exam (IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge Advanced Certificate, etc.)

Modern seminar rooms and classrooms

Each classroom in Palais Wenkheim is unique and equipped with the latest technology. There is a large video conference room where classes are conducted simultaneously with other Webster campuses around the world. The Media Department also has rooms with state-of-the-art equipment for video and audio recording.

Student Lounge
A popular meeting point is the student lounge on the ground floor which has its very own coffee corner.
Other outstanding services and facilities at the university include:

Please note: All candidates must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on the American four-point scale.

Scholarships, sponsorships, U.S. Federal Aid and other additional financial aid is available to help fund your studies at Webster Vienna University.

Incoming undergraduate and graduate students with exceptional academic achievement and proven financial need are encouraged to apply for a Webster Vienna Scholarship. Scholarships are limited and range from €5,000-€20,000 for the duration of your studies and depending on the program.

Eligibility:
a newly accepted undergraduate or graduate student who has a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and outstanding spoken and written English well above the English as a second language level.

Conditions:
must be enrolled full-time (24 credits/year undergraduate, 12 credits/year graduate) and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 each semester  to continue until the end of the degree program.
