There are a number of postgraduate courses available at Amrita.
The usual requirements are:
- PG course related to commerce or business administration
Graduates with commerce, business administration, business management, and banking background may apply
- PG course Related to Sciences
B. Sc. in respective science subjects with first class (60 percent) from any recognized Indian or Foreign University and 60% from all subjects excluding non-science subjects.
For admissions to postgraduate programs, students are required to have:
- Qualifying undergraduate examination
- Entrance examination
- Interview
Some students may need to take a proficiency test in English. International students who have passed the qualifying English exam are exempt.

Fee norms:
- All payments (registration fee, tuition fee) should be made only through US dollar Demand Draft in favor of “Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham”. Hostel and Mess charges including other fee should also be remitted by bank draft in Indian Rupees
- All fees should be paid on an annual basis on or before the notified date
- Registration fee of US $300 is non- refundable
- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is not responsible for any mail/demand draft lost in transit
