It is worth noting that Babol Noshirvani University of Technology ranked as first university of Iran among 58 universities.

In the SR 2021 (Shanghai Global Ranking of Academic Subject), Babol Noshirvani University of Technology won 100-76, 151-200 and 401-500 ranks in the field of mechanical engineering, science and Energy Engineering and Chemical Engineering among the world's universities, respectively. It is worth mentioning that only 34 universities from Iran are present in this ranking, among which Babol Noshirvani University of Technology has won the second place in the fields of mechanical engineering and science and energy engineering.
