About
A full list of the postgraduate programs available at Clarkson University is available here. The university offers graduate programs in business, engineering, sciences, education and health fields.
Entry requirements vary by program, but typically applicants must submit an application form (see here), transcripts from all post-secondary education, including courses and grades, two-three letters of recommendation, an essay or statement of purposes, and a resume. Business programs will require GMAT scores, while most other courses will require GRE scores. Engineering programs based at the university’s Capital Region Campus don’t require GRE or GMAT testing. TOEFL or IELTS scores may be required to show English proficiency.

For master’s students, funding is usually in the form of a partial-tuition scholarship or assistantship. Some admitted PhD applicants are offered full funding, based on teaching and research needs of the student’s department. Only merit-based aid is available.
Specific scholarship opportunities are mentioned on the Financial Aid, Costs & Scholarships page of the university’s website. For example, the MBA program has a chart showing the scholarships, based on GPA and GMAT score.
If your application to study at Clarkson University is accepted, any scholarship or assistantship funding will be mentioned in the offer letter. Questions can be directed to gradintl@clarkson.edu.
