Collegium Civitas is a relatively young university (founded in 1997) located in the very centre of Warsaw, the capital of Poland (a member of the European Union). Despite its age, it has earned a deserved reputation of an exceptional place to study social and political sciences in English. In Central and East Europe it is unsurpassed if it comes to a variety and quality of offered courses and programs in English. International students of 27 nationalities study at the university.
Collegium Civitas offers two BA (Bachelor in Arts) programs in English: BA in International Relations and BA in Political Science. Both programs last three academic years (one academic year consists of two semesters). At the end of their BA studies, students are supposed to submit and defend their BA thesis.
Prospective students are accepted twice a year: during the winter and summer admissions periods. The tuition fee amounts to 4400 PLN (960 EUR) per semester. Living expenses in Poland are much cheaper compared with other countries of the European Union, and the multinational atmosphere of the university is truly student-friendly.
