George Mason University, located just outside Washington DC, is one of the largest universities in the capital region. With more than 150+ masters, doctoral, and graduate certificate programs, Mason is an educational and economic engine for the entire region. Students can study in one of 11 graduate colleges in academic areas including health care, business, law, the sciences, engineering, information technology, social sciences, the arts, humanities, education, and many more. Many of the Mason graduate programs are nationally and internationally ranked as among the best in the world. The faculty is represented by numerous world class teachers and researchers who freely share their expertise with graduate students. Mason is among the fastest growing campuses in the United States. Currently, the university is in the middle of more than $500 million of construction on our four campuses. This new building program continues a long history of state of the art campus life along with innovative technological and research facilities.
