There are three undergraduate courses available at Institut Paul Bocuse:
- Bachelor’s in International Culinary Arts Management (3 years)
- Bachelor’s in International Food Service Management (4 years)
- Bachelor’s in International Hospitality Management (4 years)
Usual undergraduate entry requirements:
- French Baccalaureate or equivalent qualifications
- Length: 3 or 4 years
- 2 intakes: September & April
- Languages of instruction : French/English or English
Bachelor’s degree are registered and approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Innovation and Industry.
