Our International Hospitality courses in Hotel, Event and Tourism management at undergraduate level, are all validated by Manchester Metropolitan University (Manchester Met.) in the UK. Students undertake two compulsory internship placements as part of this programme – enhancing their CVs and reinforcing the classroom learning. Internships are available in Switzerland or worldwide and are organised by IMI’s Careers team. On completion of the studies, students will receive a BA (Hons) Degree from both ourselves and Manchester Met.

We also offer a BA (Hons) Degree in International Culinary Arts which is validated by Oxford Brookes University, UK. This degree offers you the practical and theoretical skills required to both work as a chef but also to manage your own restaurant or culinary business. Students benefit from at least one internship placement on this course.
