Bachelor’s degree in biomedicine
Stockholm’s Karolinska Institutet offers an undergraduate program exclusively in English: a bachelor of medical science with a major in biomedicine.
Lasting three years, the program will impart you with a comprehensive knowledge of biology and the human body, with an understanding of molecular processes causing disease and allergies.

Apply online here with your supporting documents, including your high school diploma and English test results. Once you do, your application will be checked and saved, and you will be notified of your results a few weeks later.
To be eligible for the bachelor’s degree in biomedicine, you would need:
- to have studied biology, chemistry, and mathematics for your A Levels (or any country equivalents),
- English language proficiency tests (TOEFL, IELTS or English B/5 in your Swedish high school diploma)
