Core subjects are methods for aircraft design engineering, flight mechanics, methods for modeling in CAD software systems, and others. Spacecraft Engineering
The program is created for future experts who are able to lead projects in space communication systems, satellite navigation systems, and manned spacecraft. It is based on the experience of the Soviet space program and the latest Russian space developments. MAI students have launched 9 satellites designed and manufactured at the university laboratories. Graduates of the program gain knowledge of various constructive approaches and technological solutions for the modern aerospace industry. This allows them to begin their career in any of the world's aerospace companies such as NASA, Boeing, the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI), the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), RosCosmos and SpaceX.
Control Systems and Computer Science in Engineering
The program is for those who would like to study automatic control engineering, sensor technologies and robotics, who would like to be a high-profile professional, a creator of modern avionics, electronic devices of any complexity. The subject area covers algorithms and object-oriented methods for control system engineering, flight safety systems and electronic device manufacturing methods. Graduates of the program gain knowledge, experience and practical skills that give them extensive career opportunities in all high-demand fields of modern hi-tech industries, such as aerospace corporations, oil and gas companies, biomedical projects.
