SBEI HPE «Belgorod State University of Art and Culture" (BSUAC) was established in 1960. Today BSUAC represents dynamic innovation-oriented, modern, multi-level educational complex, which implements all levels of training specialists for the sphere of culture and arts. Today in BSUAC the proportion of teachers with degrees is over 60%. There are 5 educational centers, one research center, 6 scientific and 6 creative schools. Great opportunities for the commercialization of intellectual property provide business incubation of BSUAC. This is unique sphere of innovative structure, which has no analogues not only in Russia but also abroad. One of the most important indicators of the university activities is promotion of international cooperation in scientific research and creative activity, international mobility and academic exchanges, international relations in the field of export of educational services. At BSUAC there are trained students in all areas of training (preparatory department, undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate) from more than 30 countries. Today we can say that the institution proved its compliance with the high status of modern creative university. Renewing and improving its activities, the University successfully fulfills the basic tasks - training of highly qualified specialists in the field of art and the development of musical and artistic infrastructure.
