塔吉克国立大学

Tajik NationalUniversity (TNU) with 70 years of history is considered one of the leading andthe largest higher educational institutions in the Republic of Tajikistan.Currently, the university has 19 faculties where education is being carried outaccording to three cycles of education: Bachelor, Master and PhD on 98 fieldsof study.  

 Tajik National University (TNU) has signedbilateral cooperation agreements with more than 190 foreign universities andinstitutes. The university is a member of more than 10 internationalassociations, such as Eurasian Association of Universities, Universityof Chinghai Cooperation Organization, University of CIS countries,etc.
Presently, at the university are also functioning 107 specialized and 7 generaluniversity  departments, Scientific –research  institute ,  Lyceum with direction of natural science andmathematics, E-library, 112 Scientific- research  and academiclaboratories, Internet centres, 52 computerized classrooms , 39  Languagestudies, Biotechnological centre, Technological park, Confucius  culturalcentre, Foundation Department.

In addition, TajikNational University is considered as the centre of science in the republic. Ithas  11 Dissertational Councils which give opportunities to local and international students to defend theirdoctoral dissertation and become part of the scientific world and furthercontribute to preparation of highly qualified specialists and to improvement ofeducation quality in Tajikistan and abroad.
