The Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas, founded in 1950, is a Mexican public university based in Victoria, Tamaulipas. There are UAT campus in the larger cities of Reynosa, Matamoros, Nuevo Laredo, and Tampico, and within smaller cities of Ciudad Mante and Valle Hermoso.
Currently, UAT serves around 40,000 students in 26 academic units, faculties and schools distributed across the north, center and south of the state, as well as a virtual online campus.
Programs offered at UAT include: Faculty of Commerce, Administration and Social Sciences; Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery; School of Law and Social Sciences; School of Architecture, Design and Urbanism, and so much more.
