University of Luton is a public university with campuses in Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, England. It bacame University of Bedfordshire in August 2006 following approval by the Privy Council by merging the University of Luton and the Bedford campus of De Montfort University.

There are 15,655 students, including approximately 4,500 international students and it is spread across four campuses in Bedfordshire in Bedford, and Luton; and two campuses in Buckinghamshire, in Aylesbury for students studying Nursing and Midwifery, and in Milton Keynes, where business studies, electronic engineering, and telecommunications are taught.
