ATU is a leading institution of higher education that provides training of qualified scientists and personnel for food processing and light industries, economy and business, service and hospitality industry, according to the universal multi-level model of higher education «Bachelors - Masters - PhD», in accordance with the principles of Bologna Declaration. The mission of ATU is to educate competitive, intellectually and morally highly developed specialists with higher professional education suitable for specialized branches of industries. ATU is proud of its scientific and academic staff of 400 professors, including 16 academicians and corresponding members of International and National Science Academies, 60 doctors and professors, 170 candidates of sciences and associate professors, more than 70 MSc and PhD. Over 47,000 professionals and scientists have been trained during 55 years of its history.
