MIP was founded in 1979 as a Consortium between the Politecnico di Milano and many Italian institutions and several leading public and private industrial groups. Today MIP is a non-for-profit consortium limited company.

Approximately 60% of our shareholders are national and international companies coming from various industries, such as IBM, Luxottica, Microsoft, Whirlpool, Carrefour, Pirelli, Fiat Chrysler Group, Vodafone and many more. These companies help us design our programs, allowing us to combine the academic excellence of Politecnico di Milano with a very practical approach, guaranteeing students a hands-on approach and numerous networking opportunities.

MIP Politecnico di Milano has a range of post graduate Master taught in English, designed to enhance the skills of recent university graduates and working professionals, looking to give their career a boost. Students learn in an international environment, with the possibility of studying in many locations around Europe and the world. Additionally, MIP offers a number of exchange programs with partner schools in Europe and the world, that allow you to undertake dual degree programmes and earn more than 1 masters degree.
