Foreign students with Peruvian residency permit who intend to stay for the course of a degree are charged PEN 250-930 per credit after being evaluated on their ability to pay (US$77-290).
PUCP has a scale of differentiated payments according to the means of each student and also offers an educational loan granted on the basis of academic performance and several scholarship programs, including athletic scholarships.

If you are an exchange student, your university should nominate you, but students visiting for a semester or two can apply at exchange@pucp.edu.pe. International students who want to stay at PUCP for a whole degree should apply through the Admission Office.
