Accommodation is provided for students in 12 housing complexes spread across the main campus and consists of a combination of halls, apartments and townhouses. Full-time, non-commuting students are guaranteed accommodation until the end of their sophomore year and are required to live on campus for that period. After your sophomore year, you enter a housing lottery.
As of 2019, student accommodation has reached full capacity so students are offered financial incentives to “triple up” (three people living in a two-person dorm). If you choose to do this, you’ll receive US$1,000 off the annual cost of accommodation as well as free summer housing and a free microwave or fridge rental.
