Postgraduate studies include over 60 PhD Programs and 17 Doctoral Programs in Humanities, Social, Natural, Formal and Applied Sciences.

There is a wide range of facilities for research and innovation activity: chemical, ecological, nano laboratories, research institutes, Technology Park, more than 50 scientific innovation projects are being carried out by structural units of UTMN with the help of modern equipment.

Theoretical studies of UTMN students are supported by the service of the oldest library for higher education in the region, which was founded in 1930. It has over 2 million scientific and educational publications in different languages.

University of Tyumen is the rapidly developing complex of research initiatives and scientific achievements.
