The LLM in Corporate Compliance Program focuses on the practical aspects of compliance in order to provide future practitioners the knowledge and tools required to succeed in the global marketplace across different industries (e.g. Financial Institutions, Extractive Industries, Pharma, Sports).
The Program is structured to be a perfect combination of compliance disciplines (Anti-Trust, Anti-Bribery & Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, International Trade Compliance, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, and Environment) and business skills required in a corporate environment while applying the most sophisticated IT compliance solutions. Special attention is also given to Business Ethics and Social Corporate Responsibility as instrument to build the corporations reputation in the market.

    Master in Global Taxation (LLM)

The LLM in Global Taxation is an outstanding opportunity for students worldwide to upgrade their knowledge and skills on international tax issues thanks to the study of the most updated trends and challenges of this global and new economy.

Throughout 10 months, the program will cover the guidelines of international taxation and details of the new tax strategies of multinational corporations as well as the most recent anti-avoidance principles (BEPS).  IE Law School and Northwestern University School of Law join forces to offer an Executive LLM program that prepares lawyers and professionals to practice in an environment that requires knowledge of the Anglo-American legal system and its application in transnational practice. In addition, participants complete business administration coursework necessary to understand fundamental business issues faced by their corporate clients.
