KTMU offers 20 graduate and 9 doctorate programs across Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences and Graduate School of Social Sciences.

To be enrolled in master, doctorate and arts proficiency programs, it is necessary to pass the science exam. For the candidates who have ALES or internationally recognized GRE or GMAT scores, the scores in these documents are used instead of the written exam. Applicants who apply with ALES score are required to take oral exam. The validity period of the ALES certificate is three years and the validity period of GRE and GMAT certificates is five years.

With the philosophy of creating added value in the field of education, students are provided the necessary skills to do their profession, the necessary knowledge to bring them into creative individuals, adapting easily to changing conditions; educating students to be able to respond to global problems and expectations in the light of scientific values and to become individuals with a cultural richness and quality understanding.
