Platov South-Russian State Polytechnic University (NPI) is the largest in the south of Russia multidisciplinary and technical complex with a well-developed infrastructure and modern material and technical resources. It was in 1907 under the decree of the Russian emperor Nicholas II in the city of Novocherkassk. The University provides undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate programs, which are in line with today is requirements of manufacturing and industrial sectors. The University alumni are qualified as engineers, get, Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral’s degrees.
