TURAN UNIVERSITY OFFERS 23 PROGRAMS FOR FUTURE PROFESSIONALS. Students are taught in three languages: Kazakh, Russian, English. Undergraduates, who have  secondary, technical and professional secondary, higher education. Eligibility criteria for entrance is having secondary school, vocational high school or previous background.

DURING THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS THERE HAVE BEEN GRADUAL CHANGES IN TURAN UNIVERSITY from the university-entrepreneur it turned into innovative-entrepreneurial one. In this context much is done to involve employees, teachers, students into innovation activities in the field of education, science and society. To carry out this plan entrepreneurial modules and modules of "Guest Lectures" are included into curriculum for all students. TEACHERS FROM INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES as well as Kazakhstani ones are involved in instruction process. Individual educational trajectory is chosen with the participation in international exchange programs and in the form of doublediploma programs.
