The undergraduate programs of the university evolved from 2 programs during its initial offering in 1994 to become 4 Faculties with 09 academic degree programs with different majors in each program as of 2020. Such progress and development manifest strong commitment to respond to global and national challenges. These programs have undergone both local and international assessments to prove the existence of quality and excellence in terms of contents, materials and delivery systems.

AIUB is running its operation in its own beautiful campus, sprawled over nearly 10 acres of land which is nestled in the heart of the city,conveniently located at Kuratuli,Kuril. It is one of the largest private university campuses within Dhaka and noted as one of the most picturesque. From architectural and aesthetic standpoint, this campus has already been considered as an iconic landmark, with completely green and environment-friendly landscape. The state-of-the-art classrooms, dynamic laboratories,extensive library,versatile sports complex,etc. have all been built to ensure a holistic value-added education experience for its students.
