1. The school of general medicine

The school of General medicine is a modern, dynamically developing school focused on the training of highly qualified medical personnel for the health care system of Kazakhstan. The school pays great attention to vocational training and future career growth of students, practical application of the acquired knowledge. University has its own clinical base, practical skills center.

2. The school of pediatrics

School of Pediatrics prepares the highly qualified, competitive medical personnel for the healthcare system of Kazakhstan using modern educational technologies, achievements of science in pediatrics.

3. The school of dentistry

The school of dentistry is focused on the training of professional doctors-dentists for Kazakhstan using modern educational technologies. Development of science and dental service in KazNMU is closely connected with the association of the best world practice of academic, clinical, scientific and innovative activities.

4. The school of pharmacy

School of Pharmacy is one of the leading pharmaceutical faculties of the Republic of Kazakhstan with rich scientific traditions and history. Training of students is carried out by specialty "Pharmacy” and “Technology of pharmaceutical production” on the levels of undergraduate, mastership and PhD doctoral studies. The main purpose is to train a competitive professional of the pharmaceutical industry in Kazakhstan and in the world.

5. The school of Kh. Dosmukhametov Public health

The School of Public Health provides the training of specialties in public health. The school takes active part in conducting research work in all fields of public health. Our values are honesty, trust and care.

6. The faculty of international medicine

The International Faculty of Medicine prepares a new generation of competitive and sought after healthcare leaders around the world. The aim of the faculty is to introduce the best practices of recognized international medical schools into the educational process of KazNMU, which is reflected in the educational program Bachelor of Medicine (5 years of study) on specialty 5B130100 General Medicine, based on a competency-based approach.

7. The faculty of internship and residency

Internship is a two-year training. The main aim of the internship is to improve the practical training of graduates of medical higher educational institutions, to increase the professional level and degree of their readiness for independent medical activity. Interns who successfully pass the exam receive a certificate of completion of the internship with an assigned profile of direction.
