Pondicherry University,located on a 800 acre Lush green WI-Fi campus is a Public funded central university with all India Character both in terms of its students and also the faculty members. I t has 89 affiliated colleges spread across the state of Pondicherry, Andaman Islands and Karaikal and has two off campuses besides the main campus. A total of 6000 students are on campus and 35000 students in affiliated colleges. The Over 165 graduate and PhD programs are offered on Main campus under 14 schools.and over 200 undergraduate programs are offered in Engineering,Medicine, Nursing ,Dentistry and paramedical and non clinical subjects.
