REVA UNIVERSITY

The Postgraduate programs at REVA University are offered in various disciplines ranging from Engineering & Technology, Commerce & Management Studies, Science & Technology, Law to Arts & Humanities to Performing Arts.  All Postgraduate programs are two years programs and involve 4 semesters of study except for some Programs in Science & Technology.  The Postgraduate programs is a rigours program which gives students hands on, learning experience making them industry ready.  The Postgraduate education at REVA University equips students with the required qualifications necessary for a successful academic and professional career.  All the Postgraduate programs combine disciplinary depth and trans-disciplinary breadth.  All programs are supported by skill based education, integrated with University Industry Interaction Centre (UIIC) which is one of the strategic centres committed to work as a catalyst for promoting collaboration amongst the schools.  REVA Postgraduate programs includes extra-curricular elements thus preparing the students to become responsible and successful citizens in the society.  Students can also enroll in clubs and committees and various social awareness development programs like NCC, NSS.  In the final year students get a chance to take-up internships at various University connected Industries.  University also has a very effective placement centre which offers several employability enhancement programs for students.  By the end of their academic journey students are support with placement support.  All classrooms are ICT enabled making classroom engagement a priority in the student teaching learning process.  Pedagogy employed in the classrooms range from experiential learning to blended learning, flipped classrooms and innovative pedagogy.  Students also get an opportunity to go abroad for their studies and faculty guide them on various courses and options available.  Sports is a part of student life apart from student residences which enable students enjoy a fruitful educational experience.  Assessment is fair and judicious and REVA University promotes TAB based assessments.  The postgraduate program enables students gain a wealth of knowledge in their respective domain which can make their profession a life changing decision.  Seminars, Workshops, conferences and Project works and one to one learning support students in their different learning styles in the campus.  Students are given a chance to network with their peers, the industry professionals and practitioners.  Postgraduate students area also given several workshops on skill building, confidence building in order to focus on their competence levels and tackle new challenges in life. The campus is inclusive in its approach and inclusive learning is practiced.  Students take entrance exams for various programs of study at REVA. The classroom size is small and selective admission process is followed.
