The Institute offers  25 M.Tech., 26 M.Tech. (by Research), 2 M.Sc., MBA, MCA and Ph.D. degree programs. 15 MTech programs have  been accredited for 6 years and 3 MTech programs for 3 years by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) in 2016-17under Tier-I category . A significant number of international students join the Institute for BTech, MTech and PhD programs under Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) and Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) schemes of MHRD.
